Auckland Zoo is Open to all international visitors.  

We encourage international visitors to purchase their day passes in advance to save time when you arrive. International online day passes are valid for up to three months from the date of purchase.

  • Visitors will be refused entry if they have symptoms of COVID-19. If you are feeling unwell, have visited a place of interest, are waiting on test results, are a close contact of a person confirmed to have COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 please stay at home and call Healthline on 0800 611 116.
